Benchmark set of proteins.

For each of the 64 proteins in the benchmark set, following are displayed: 4 letter code PDB id and 1 letter code chain id, number of amino acids (Naa), number of secondary structure elements(Nsse), number of α-helices (Nα), number of β-strands (Nβ), contact order (CO), relative contact order (RCO). The left section of the table identified as “original sequence” displays statistics for the full sequence protein, while the “filtered sequence” statistics are calculated only on amino acids that are found in secondary structure elements that satisfy the length criteria; at least 5 residues for α-helices and 3 residues for β-strands.
