Importance of maintaining high-quality master data by exploring the potential of artificial intelligence to address data-related challenges effectively

This is the research survey data that was collected for a research project that investigates Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities that can be applied to Master Data Management (MDM) systems within Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) environments to enhance master data quality. The framework was developed using a systematic literature review (SLR) approach with a design science research (DSR) methodology. It categorizes MDM functions and tasks to appropriate AI data management capabilities. The research artefact was created by evaluating and combining the findings from both systematic literature reviews.<br>
