Gene expression profile at single cell level of testicular cells from the adult NONO and NONO△ER mice testis

We used single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq) to analyze the diversity and gene expression of testis cells in the adult NONO and NONO△ER mice testis NONO and NONO△ER mice testis were collected and separated into single cell mixture by enzyme digestion and analyzed using scRNAseq.
