Molecular changes in the proteome of Bacillus pumilus spores upon UV and pulse light treatment.

The proteome of Bacillus pumilus spores subjected to different inactivation treatments was established by shotgun proteomics and compared with the proteome of untreated spores. Treatments included UV-C and Pulse-Light inactivation, either on spores in water, or on spores sprayed onto a polystyrene surface in a dry state.
