Opinion of French people on overeating during the holiday season 2019

The holiday season is a festive period strongly associated with Christmas, New Year, and, more often than not, shopping. It is indeed a peak season for the retail sector when the population goes on the hunt for the perfect gift and the perfect menu. Eating is a significant part of the holidays. Incidentally, three-quarters of French people tend to overeat during the holiday season, and almost 80 percent deem this practice to be fine.
