江苏移动基于大数据能力，通过拓展各类生态数据，细分行业应用场景，应用AI、隐私计算、数据治理等新兴技术，沉淀丰富的行业数据资产，面向农旅、城管、公安、公服、工贸、金融等6大行业客户提供模型、产品、解决方案等能力服务。基于移动内部数据和生态合作数据，通过大数据处理框架，加工形成各类数据资产，结合大数据挖掘算法、AI技术和行业细分应用场景，形成行业标签、模型、应用等，通过行业产品、OpenAPI、资产展示平台等形式对外开放。
江苏移动多维标签体系：通过融合多源数据进行大数据分析，对现实世界进行抽象，形成6大主体的标签体系：区域设施、组织、人员、货品、家庭、事件，实现现实世界向数据世界的投影。其中，人员画像类标签体系包括8大类，61个子类，1270个小类，可面向各行业需求场景，提供丰富多元的标签服务能力。

Jiangsu Mobile, leveraging its big data capabilities, expands various ecological data sources, segments industry-specific application scenarios, and applies emerging technologies including AI, privacy computing, and data governance to accumulate abundant industry data assets. It provides model, product, and solution services to customers in six major industries, namely rural tourism, urban management, public security, public services, industrial and trade, and finance.
Based on internal mobile data and data from ecological cooperation partners, the company processes and forms various data assets via big data processing frameworks. By combining big data mining algorithms, AI technologies and segmented industry application scenarios, it develops industry tags, models and applications, which are open to external stakeholders through industry products, OpenAPIs, asset display platforms and other forms.
Jiangsu Mobile’s multi-dimensional tag system: Through big data analysis integrating multi-source data, it abstracts the real world to establish a tag system covering six major entities: regional facilities, organizations, personnel, goods, households, and events, realizing the projection of the real world into the data world. Specifically, the personnel portrait tag system includes 8 major categories, 61 sub-categories and 1270 detailed sub-categories, which can provide rich and diverse tag service capabilities for demand scenarios across various industries.
