We used high-throughput sequencing to analyse differentially expressed genes among human glioma cells T98G transfected with sh-lnc CHASERR. In order to investigate the biological regulation of glioma by lnc CHASERR, we established T98G glioma cells that were knocked down by sh-lnc CHASERR. T98G cells transfected with sh-NC and sh-lnc CHASERR were selected. RNA was extracted and hybridised to Illumina NovaSeq 6000 microarrays. We attempted to obtain differentially expressed genes.
