Here we analyse H3K4me3 distribution in wild type yeast across an ageing timecourse. Overall design: Histone (H3) and histone modification (H3K4me3) from Mother Enrichment project (MEP) cells aged for 0, 7.5, 24 or 48 hours in YPD. Similar to ChIP-seq data deposited in GSE107744, except no Drosophila spike-ins were included for these samples.
