ATAC-seq analysis for OVSAHO cells with upregulated SMARCA2 and downregulated SMARCA4 expression

The goal of this study is to explore the underlying mechanism which contributes to chemoresistance in high-grade serous carcinoma (HGSC) with low SMARCA4 and high SMARCA2 expression. ATAC-seq data were obtained from OVSAHO-Ctrl-siNC cells (control) and OVSAHO-A2-siA4 cells (upregulated SMARCA2 and downregulated SMARCA4 expression). Cells were cultured in medium containing carboplatin at 25 μM for 2 days.
