资源简介:
The present study showed that a large number of specific microorganisms were recruited during the formation of ectomycorrhizae after tuber inoculation, and these microorganisms altered the physiology of pecan roots as well as the physicochemical properties of inter-root soils, resulting in significant changes in soil pH, effective phosphorus, ammonium nitrogen, and nitrate nitrogen content, and thus shaping a soil environment suitable for the growth of the mycorrhizal symbiont. This study helps to expand people's understanding of the changes in the mycorrhizal microbial community during the process of host plant infestation by exogenous mycorrhizal fungi, and provides some theoretical references for the cultivation of pecan-tuberculosis mycorrhizal seedlings.
