To identify factors contributing to the therapeutic efficacy of hiPSC-NPCs in a cisplatin-induced AKI mouse model, we performed RNA-seq on three samples each of human iPS cell-derived nephron progenitor cells (hiPSC-NPCs) that showed therapeutic efficacy and fate-specific hiPSC-NPCs (hiPSC-FS-NPCs) that showed reduced therapeutic efficacy. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data from 4A6 cell line-derived hiPSC-NPCs and hiPSC-FS-NPCs (three biological replicates per group).
