The effect of cyclic mecanical stretch on cardiac microRNA expression was studied in neonatal rat ventricular myocytes (NRVMs). Overall design: The effect of cyclic mecanical stretch on cardiac microRNA expression was studied in neonatal rat ventricular myocytes (NRVMs) 1, 4, and 12 hours after start of the stretching. There are 3 biological replicates at each timepoint, except 2 replicates at one hour time point.
