To investigate the effect of sustained Trem2 stabilization (using IPD-substitution) on microglia during progression of Ab pathology in a mouse model of Alzheimer's disease, we performed scRNAseq of mouse cortical region from 4 different genotypes (WT, Trem2-IPD, APP23xPS45 and APP23xPS45xIPD) at 3 and 7 months of age.
