Travel Survey 2021 - 3rd quarter, travel file

The Travel Survey (Travel and Holiday Survey until 2021) is a continuation of the Omnibus Survey conducted by Statistics Norway in the years 1992-2004. The Travel Survey is conducted four times a year, once every quarter. The main purpose of the survey is to map out the travel habits of Norwegians in Norway and abroad. In addition to data on Norwegians' travel habits, data is also collected on cross-border trade, attitudes towards aid, cultural monuments and cultural environments, use of tobacco and alcohol, wood burning, influenza vaccine, and attitudes towards immigration. Some topics are included every quarter, while others are included only once or twice a year.

For each quarter of 2021, a sample of 2,000 people aged 16 to 79 was drawn. This is the travel file for the third quarter. Special themes for this quarter are daytrips abroad, usage of tobacco and alcohol and attitudes towards immigration.
