资源简介:
This study aims to comprehensively investigate human-to-human transmission events of Dabie bandavirus (DBV) in a hospital setting, to establish evidence of non-vector-borne transmission and analyze genetic variations of the virus during transmission. Through epidemiological investigations, whole-genome sequencing, and phylogenetic analyses, we seek to elucidate the characteristics of nosocomial DBV transmission and its potential molecular mechanisms, with particular focus on key mutations that may affect viral infectivity. This research is significant for understanding DBV transmission dynamics, improving infection control measures in healthcare facilities, and developing effective prevention strategies. As an emerging pathogen with high virulence, deeper understanding of DBV transmission mechanisms not only helps reduce the risk of nosocomial infections but also provides scientific basis for future therapeutic and vaccine development, offering substantial value for public health control measures.
