Data for in vitro stimulation bulk RNA-seq data

This record contains the bulk RNA-seq dataset from the in vitro stimulation experiments conducted in this study. The TPM expression matrix is provided in the file bulk_RNA_seq_in_vitro_stimulation.csv. Samples A1, A2, and A3 correspond to xxxx-stimulated macrophages; B1, B2, and B3 correspond to control macrophages; CAFNC1, CAFNC2, and CAFNC3 correspond to control fibroblasts; and ER1, ER2, and ER3 correspond to xxxx-stimulated fibroblasts.
