Additional file 1. A list of the tools used in this study. This table contains a detailed list of the tools, language/platform, version, as well as the descriptions of the script tools either incorporated into the ASB-analyzer pipeline or used in this work. All listed tools are included in the scripts of the ASB-analyzer pipeline, except for the universalmotif, which was used to calculate the information content of the motifs, as presented in Fig. 5F.
