重庆村居法务

重庆村居法务是微信小程序，直接服务基层百姓的信息化产品。居民可以电话、文字、语音、视频与村居法律顾问“一对一”人工咨询，自助咨询，申请法律援助，电请人民调解，预约公证服务，获取模拟判决结果，下载常用法律文书，查询民法典、司法行政案例库、律师信息和企业信息，评价村居法律顾问服务满意度。村居法律顾问可以电话、文字、语音、视频解答居民法律咨询，记录现场法律咨询、举办法治讲座、参与调解、协助化解信访、提供法律意见等工作日志。司法局和司法所可以管理、统计村居法律顾
问的配备、服务、履职情况。今后将逐步集成法律明白人，调解员、公证员等服务资源，努力打造村居智慧法律服务综合平台。
平台推广范围已经成功覆盖了重庆全市、成都全市、海南全省、河南、黑龙江等地，并取得了良好的反响。已累积服务了3万村（社区），500万+家庭用户，平台累积访问量超3000多万次。要素式审判-智能文书系统已经在全国70余家基层法院投入使用，已生成判决和笔录文书20余万份

Residents can conduct one-on-one manual consultations with village legal consultants via phone, text, voice or video, use self-service consultation, apply for legal aid, apply for people's mediation via telephone, book notarial services, obtain simulated judgment results, download commonly used legal documents, query the Civil Code, judicial administrative case database, lawyer information and enterprise information, and evaluate the service satisfaction of village legal consultants. Village legal consultants can answer residents' legal consultations via phone, text, voice or video, and keep work logs including records of on-site legal consultations, holding legal lectures, participating in mediation, assisting in resolving petitions, providing legal opinions and other work contents. Judicial bureaus and judicial offices can manage and count the allocation, service status and work performance of village legal consultants. In the future, the platform will gradually integrate service resources such as legal literacy personnel, mediators and notaries, and strive to build a comprehensive intelligent legal service platform for villages and communities. The platform has been successfully promoted to cover the entire cities of Chongqing and Chengdu, the entire Hainan Province, Henan, Heilongjiang and other regions, and has received positive responses. It has cumulatively served 30,000 villages (communities) and over 5 million household users, with cumulative visits exceeding 30 million. The "Element-based Trial - Intelligent Document System" has been put into operation in more than 70 grassroots courts across the country, and has generated more than 200,000 judgment and transcript documents.
