Mitral Regurgitation by 4D flow MRI – Observer Variability Dataset

This dataset contains metrics derived during mitral regurgitation quantification by cardiovascular magnetic imaging. 35 patients with known mitral regurgitation underwent cardiovascular magnetic resonance imaging. The regurgitation of each patient was then quantified by four methods; MRstandard, MRLVRV, MRAVMV and MRjet. The reliability and user variability of four methods of quantification was tested - further details of the quantification methods and reliability testing can be found below. This dataset is for submission to Data in Brief.
