Data for Brain Finite Element Simulation

This repository contains a collection of useful brain meshes and finite element method (FEM) datasets, along with code for their manipulation and analysis. The datasets include: NormandEtAl/Data: This dataset has been imported and manipulated from the repository associated with the paper "Geometric Constraints on the Architecture of Mammalian Cortical Connectomes" by Normand, Francis, et al. (DOI). Specifically, data from the human_high_res/ folder was extracted from the data repository of the paper . At the time of access, no specific license was specified in the repository metadata. RoyertAl/Data: Original dataset imported from the dataset of the paper "An Open MRI Dataset For Multiscale Neuroscience", by Royer et al (DOI). Repository of data associated to the article (DOI). That data are licensed under CC0 1.0 Universal TVB/Data: This dataset comprises surface data sourced from The Virtual Brain Extended Dataset (DOI). We utilise data from the folders tvb_data/surfaceData/cortex_2x120k and tvb_data/surfaceData/cortex_80k. This data is released under the GNU General Public License, with the full license text provided in the TVB/Data/LICENSE file.
