Feedback about transport received by TCU in Hong Kong Q3 2019, by channel

In the third quarter of 2019, around 69 percent of the complaints about transport services in Hong Kong were received through webform and email by the Transport Complaints Unit (TCU). A vast majority of the complaints concerned the public transport services.
