Meal delivery buyers ordering via aggregators in selected countries 2023

In 2023, virtually all meal delivery customers in China used aggregators to place their orders. Among the countries analyzed, those in the Asia-Pacific region demonstrated the highest preference for using aggregators for meal delivery. In contrast, the United Kingdom showed a lower adoption rate, with almost two-thirds of surveyed consumers opting for alternative methods. Meanwhile, this proportion was less than 50 percent in France and Mexico.
