Raw Data for PhD Thesis: Majoranas can be lonely - Engineering the Kitaev chain in a two-dimensional electron gas

Raw data files and data analysis scripts accompanying the theoretical and experimental chapters in the doctoral dissertation. Data has been sorted by chapter. The data is stored in a qcodes database, for compatibility with the python package used to control the experimental setups. The experiments revolve around measuring quantum dots coupled via an Andreev bound state, using standard low-frequency lockin and DC measurement techniques, as well as sub-GHz reflectometry. Additional datasets contain simulation data for simple models used to compare with the experimental results in the theoretical chapter.

本数据集包含博士学位论文理论与实验章节配套的原始数据文件与数据分析脚本，所有数据已按章节完成整理归类。数据存储于qcodes数据库（qcodes database）中，以兼容用于控制实验装置的Python软件包。本次实验围绕通过安德烈夫束缚态（Andreev bound state）耦合的量子点（quantum dots）展开，采用标准低频锁相放大、直流测量技术以及亚GHz反射测量法开展相关测量。额外配套数据集包含用于与理论章节中实验结果进行对比的简易模型仿真数据。
