Determination of mutation points in a sheath-less mutant of Leptothrix cholodnii SP-6. Leptothrix cholodnii SP-6

In this project, to understand the molecular mechanism of sheath synthesis, we screened and isolated a spontaneous sheath-less mutant of Leptothrix cholodnii SP-6. To determine mutation points in this mutant, we sequenced genomic DNAs extacted from this mutant and its parental strain.
