Whipple shield hypervelocity impact dataset

A dataset of hypervelocity impact experiments against aluminium Whipple shield for simulating space debris impacts on spacecraft. The database contains 1135 experimental records for spherical aluminium projectiles impacting on aluminium Whipple shields at hypervelocity. The dataset has been compiled from more than 20 public sources for which a bibliography is provided.
