Transcriptomes of two Botrytis cinerea strains with exposure to pyrimethanil at two time points

Transcriptomes of a pyrimethanil-resistant HRG21 and a pyrimethanil-sensitive strain FSG43 without and with exposure to pyrimethanil at two time points, 2h and 6h, were sequenced in Botrytis cinerea. HH6, 6h blank control in HRG21; HM6, 6h pyrimethanil treatment in HRG21; HH2, 2h blank control in HRG21; HM2, 2h pyrimethanil treatment in HRG21; FH6, 6h blank control in FSG43; FM6, 6h pyrimethanil treatment in FSG43; FH2, 2h blank control in FSG43; FM2, 2h pyrimethanil treatment in FSG43. Each sample has three biological replicates.
