The action analyzed is the extension and amendments to an emergency interim rule implementing 2001 Steller sea lion protection measures and harvest specifications for the groundfish fisheries off Alaska. Provisions of the action allow the continuation of groundfish harvest off Alaska and modifies protection measure for the endangered Steller sea lions.
