Supporting data for "The association between relational reasoning and mathematics achievement: Exploring the role of representational systems, underlying mechanisms, and causality"

The file contains datasets of the thesis entitled "The association between relational reasoning and mathematics achievement: Exploring the role of representational systems, underlying mechanisms, and causality". <br> There are two master datasets, one containing data of all variables in Studies 1 and 2 (Study 1 &amp; Study 2 master.csv) and another containing data of variables in Study 3 (Study 3 master.csv). In the former dataset, the variables used in the regression analyses in Studies 1 and 2, as well as those involved in the path analysis in Study 2, are included. In the latter file, all variables used in the ANOVAs and post-hoc tests of Study 3 are included. <br> Two raw datasets can also be found in the zip file. Both contain raw datasets of each measure in the studies. Again, one of the datasets is for Studies 1 and 2 (Study 1 &amp; Study 2 raw.xlsx), and the other belongs to Study 3 (Study 3 raw.xlsx). While each raw dataset may provide reliability information of each measure, data in the TP5RRV spreadsheet of the former file can be used for the confirmatory factor analyses in Study 1.
