The Chinese sauerkraut juice sample was collected from Shenyang, Liao Ning Province, China (41.50N, 135.28E). The Chinese sauerkraut juice sample was subjected to homogenize and serial dilution. Each dilution was plated on MRS agar medium and incubated at 37 degree centigrade for 48 h. The slimy and mucoid colony was picked upand cultivated for purification.
