Effect of a taurine-enriched diet on juvenile turbot (Scophthalmus maximus) transcriptome

To understand the effect of a taurine-enriched diet (1.5% inclusion) on the transcriptome level, juvenile turbot were fed this diet daily for a month and compared to a control diet. After this period, head kidney and intestine samples were collected. Additionally, samples were taken 24 hours post-infection with Aeromonas salmonicida subsp. salmonicida from animals fed both the control and taurine-enriched diets.
