This dataset provides essential information necessary for conducting simulations and calculations to derive the primary results presented in the manuscript. It includes the outcomes of Total Water Level assessments under various scenarios of sea level and seagrass presence at all examined beaches and ports. Additionally, the dataset encompasses the Return Levels acquired and discussed in detail within the manuscript.
