iGEM Marburg 2025 Software Tool Results

This Zenodo repository is part of the iGEM Marburg 2025 (NRPieces) project and contains results produced by the Dry Lab team. It includes 3D structure predictions of TCT complexes generated using ChaiDiscovery and analyzed with GetContacts for interaction profiling. The datasets provide both structural and sequence-level insights into NRPS chain complexes investigated within the project,. Included Files: Wetlab_Results.xlsx – Contains details of the plasmids used in each experiment, including experimental identifiers. Input-Genebank_Files.zip – Includes the GenBank files of all plasmids that served as input for sequence extraction and domain identification during the TCT pipeline execution. 3D-Structure.zip – Contains the predicted 3D structures, associated FASTA sequences, and restraint files generated for structure prediction. It also includes the GetContacts output files for each complex. Each expirement has a consolidated csv file containing all the data generated.
