Custom HISAT index for 8HUM mouse model

This index was constructed from a combination of the complete GRCm39 mouse transcriptome and the replacement human cytochromes/transcription factors associated with the 8HUM humanised mouse model (CYP1A1/2, CYP2C9, CYP2D6, CYP3A4/7, CAR, PXR; all sequences provided in FASTA format). Liver-derived transcriptomes from WT (C57BL/6) and 8HUM were mapped to this index using HISAT2 (v.2.04) to disentangle expression of human and mouse transcripts with regions of high orthology.
