Transcriptome sequencing data of soybean stems at different developmental stages. (PRJCA040023)

The original transcriptome sequencing data of soybean stems at different developmental stages from the American soybean variety JLR113 and the Northeast Chinese soybean variety JLCMS147B were taken from the stem base 2cm stem segments at the V3, R2, and R3 developmental stages of soybean. After quick freezing and grinding, total RNA was extracted, and libraries were constructed for paired-end transcriptome sequencing on the Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform, with a data volume of 6G.
