This project contains sequences obtained from Lake Baikal water samples from three basins from a layer 1-15 meters. Five liters of water from each sample was previously passed through a 5 micrometers filter and then through a 0.2 micrometers filter. Total RNA was extracted from the filters 0.2 micrometers.
