通过将大坝分层分区,标定指定仓面为一个最小单元,逐一控制从而对大坝的整个填筑过程与质量进行分析,采集水利大坝闭仓后的碾压数据,分析得到碾压覆盖面积和整体碾压合格率,以获取大坝仓面的填筑质量;从而得知该仓面的质量是否达到标准;以及汇总仓面的整体碾压厚度、高碾压速度与平均数据从施工规范上进一步分析该仓面的填筑质量。通过对现场的RTK设备对指定施工仓面进行坐标标定从而计算仓位所在起止桩号与区域面积,闭仓后汇总刚仓位的所有碾压数据,从而通过碾压遍数超过额定遍数以上的轨迹长度c、与碾子宽度k,获取碾压区域面积s=c*k,并且将区域面积s与整体仓位面积s1比较而获得整体碾压合格率p=s/s1*100%,从而得知该仓面的质量是否达到额定合格率标准;以及通过获取碾压后的高程数据与仓位初始高程互减得到仓面的整体碾压厚度g与标准厚度对比来检验当层碾压厚度质量问题、并且从碾压最大速度、平均数据与额定速度进行比较且控制,从施工规范上多维度进一步分析该仓面的填筑质量。
By dividing the water conservancy dam into layers and zones, designating a specified construction bay as the minimum unit and implementing one-by-one control, the entire filling process and quality of the dam are analyzed. Compaction data collected after the closure of the dam bay are processed to obtain the compaction coverage area and overall compaction pass rate, so as to evaluate the filling quality of the dam bay and determine whether its quality meets the specified standards. In addition, the overall compaction thickness, maximum compaction speed and average data of the bay are summarized to further analyze the filling quality of the bay in accordance with construction specifications. Using on-site RTK (Real-Time Kinematic) equipment to perform coordinate calibration on the designated construction bay, we calculate the starting and ending stake numbers and the regional area of the bay. After the bay is closed, all compaction data of the bay are collected. The compaction area s is calculated as s = c*k, where c is the track length of compaction passes exceeding the rated number of passes, and k is the width of the compaction roller. The overall compaction pass rate p is obtained by comparing s with the total bay area s1, i.e., p = s/s1 * 100%, so as to determine whether the quality of the bay meets the rated pass rate standard. Furthermore, the overall compaction thickness g of the bay is obtained by subtracting the initial elevation of the bay from the post-compaction elevation data, and the quality issues of the current layer's compaction thickness are inspected by comparing g with the standard thickness. In addition, the maximum compaction speed and average data are compared with and controlled against the rated speed, so as to further analyze the filling quality of the bay from multiple dimensions in accordance with construction specifications.
