Ship-based Trackline Geophysical Data (MGD77) acquired during the Maurice Ewing expedition EW9502 (1995)

This data set was acquired with a ship-based Atlas Hydrosweep DS Multibeam Sonar system and BellAerospace BGM-3 Gravimeter during Maurice Ewing expedition EW9502 conducted in 1995 (Chief Scientist: Dr. Kirk McIntosh). These data files are of MGD77 format and include Singlebeam Bathymetry and Gravity Field data and were processed after data collection. Data were acquired as part of the project(s): Investigation of Upper Plate Response to Subducting Plate Morphology and Seamounts as Subduction Zone Asperities: Cooperative German, Costa Rican, and United States Project, and funding was provided by NSF grant(s): OCE94-02091.
