Crucifixion Plaque

A crucifixion plaque (dims 1.06m x 1.06m) over the arms of O'Conor Roe is built into the inner face of the S wall of the transept of the Dominican friary (RO022-114006- ), over the graveof John O'Conor of Tonroe, who died in 1777. This plaque depicts Christ on the cross, observed by Mary on his right side and St John on his left. The inscription 'INRI' is visible above christs head. This crucifixion plaque was recorded by Orla-Peach Power using an Artec Eva handheld scanner. This project was funded by the Roscommon Heritage Council. Source: Objaverse 1.0 / Sketchfab
