High-throughput sequencing of murine retina of the oxygen induced retinopathy (OIR) model compared to control mice at 5 consecutive days (P12-P16) Overall design: Acoording to the standard OIR model, mice were kept for 5 days under hyperoxic conditions and returned to normoxic conditions at P12. Starting from P12, retinae were collected from 5 consecutive days (P12, P13, P14, P15, P16).
