This dataset contains spinning disk confocal microscopy using live cell preparation from the 2023 JCS paper titled "The Kinesin-5 protein Cut7 moves bidirectionally on fission yeast spindles with activity that increases in anaphase." The two general categories of microscopy images are bipolar images at 25°C or monopolar images at 37°C. Additional images of specific yeast genotypes used are listed in the folder names.
