Retinal cholesterol and glaucoma in the rat

This dataset was produced in the context of a project aiming at investigating retinal cholesterol metabolism in a experimental model of glaucoma in the rat. It contains the data generated during the study at different time points and using various techniques: RT-qPCR, Western blot, gas chromatography.
