Transcriptome analysis of vibrio parahaemolyticus WT strain and envZ deletion strain was performed to identify genes regulated by envZ, respectively. Analysis performed by WT strain cultured in LB broth with/without addition of 200µM 2,2'-Bipyridine, respectively, revealed gene regulated by iron. The differentially expressed genes (DEGs) were determined with fold change =1.5. The genome of Vibrio parahaemolyticus RIMD2210633 (https://www.genome.jp/kegg-bin/show_organism?org=vpa) was used as reference for annotation.
