Beijing's airborne particulate matter metagenome

Beijing has experienced a long term smog pollution in past few years, which has drawn widely public and scientific attention and interest. In this study, we analyzed the airborne particulate matter sample from Beijing's air between Oct 2012 and Mar 2013. With this study, we were able to generate a description on the microbial composition and functional gene distribution in Beijing's air pollutants.
