Serum small RNA-Seq after acute myocardial infartion in male and female SAMR1 and SAMP8 mice
收藏资源简介:
This dataset contains raw RNA-Seq data obtained from serums simples collected 4 hours after an acute myocardial infarction (AMI) in Mus musculus. The study includes male and female mice from the SAMR1 (nocrmal-aging) and SAMP8 (accelerated-aging) strains, providing a unique resource to analyze early circulating RNA signatures following ischemic injury. Serum was isolated 4 hours post-AMI to capture the immediate systemic molecular response to myocardial damage. Total RNA was extracted from serum and sequenced using Illumina technology. The dataset includes FASTQ files, QC reports, alignment files, and gene-level expression matrices. This dataset supports research on:- Early circulating RNA changes induced by myocardial ischemia- Sex-dependent systemic responses during the acute phase of AMI- Influence of accelerated aging (SAMP8) on the serum transcriptomic profile after injury- Identification of potential minimally invasive biomarkers for early detection or monitoring of AMI
