资源简介:
Wheat yellow mosaic disease is one of the most serious soil-borne diseases of wheat leading to severe yield losses, and the occurrence of soil-borne diseases is usually closely related to the plant-associated microbiome and specific microbial taxa. However, little is known about the interactions between plant-associated microorganisms to regulate crop health and production. Here, we investigated the effect of wheat-associated microbiome on wheat health and yield under different levels of wheat yellow mosaic disease. The results showed that bacterial and fungal communities in the rhizosphere soil had the greatest effect on the yield of wheat. And we found that more beneficial microorganisms were significantly enriched in healthy wheat rhizosphere soil, while more potentially pathogenic were enriched in heavily diseased wheat rhizosphere soils.
