Greenhouse Gas Emission and Water Quality Dataset: Zhanghe Reservoir System

"Zhenghe Reservoir GHG" is the Supplementary Dataset for the manuscript entitled 'Anthropogenic perturbations complicated the downstream greenhouse gas dynamics of a large subtropical reservoir'.
The data includes the sampling date, location, surface water greenhouse gas (CO2, CH4, and N2O) concentrations and fluxes, along with water quality data (e.g., water temperature, pH, dissolved oxygen, and electrical conductivity) from the Zhanghe Reservoir and its upstream and downstream rivers in the dry season (December) of 2022 and the wet season (July) of 2023.
