The goal of this study were to compare RNA gene expression in oral squamous cell carcinoma cells (OSCC) using Maackia amurensis seed lectin (MASL)as treatment against a control sample. MASL is a podoplanin (PDPN) blocker, which PDPN is expressed in OSCC samples and enhance cell migration and metastasis.
