Mildew locus O facilitates colonization by arbuscular mycorrhiza in angiosperms

RNA-sequencing of Hordeum vulgare cv. Ingrid wild type and Hvmlo1-5 mutant in non-mycorrhizal (control) and mycorrhizal roots at 17 days post inoculation (dpi) and 26 dpi. Overall design: H. vulgare cv. Ingrid wild type and Hvmlo1-5 were grown with and without arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (Rhizophagus irregularis). Roots were harvested at 17 dpi and 26 dpi and RNAs were extracted for sequencing.
