Sample wise mutation identified in the field samples

This sheet provides an overview of mutations identified in the field samples, categorized state-wise and district-wise. The mutations are plotted for both species of<i> Theileria</i>, viz.<i> T. annulata</i> and <i>T. orientalis</i>. The sub-sheets present genewise and sample-wise sequence data along with the mutations identified in the field samples analyzed in this study.
