Two-photon z-stacks and timelapse images were recorded with a A1R MP (Nikon) of the pistil of Arabidopsis thaliana. Pollen tube growth and pollen tube guidance within the pistil are visualized. Files can be opened either with the NIS-Elements (Nikon) or ImageJ.
